Texas Instruments 2SJ2513 transistor

One used output Texas Instruments 2SJ2513 transistor with good hFE.
I can’t find a datasheet for this transistor, but all transistors in stock have been tested with Atlas DCA55 and have good hFE above 26. hFE will be marked on the back side.
2SJ2513 & 2SJ2514 transistors appear to have only been used in a Marantz 2245.
Beware of Chinese counterfeits falsely advertised as “new old stock” on eBay.
