One (pictured two sides as part of description) used output NEC 2SB541 transistor with good hFE. Pulled from Pioneer SX-737.
When ordering a pair of transistors, I will select items with the closest possible hFE values, subject to availability.
We do not sell weak parts. According to datasheets Forward Current Transfer Ratio (hFE), MIN: 40. All transistors in stock have been tested with Atlas DCA55 and have good hFE. hFE will be marked on the back side.
Beware of Chinese counterfeits falsely advertised as “new old stock” on eBay.
